The vendor’s property will be removed from the market for a while and offered as a prize on the interactive web site of Property Raffles. When sufficient raffle tickets are sold the winning ticket will be drawn at random under strictly audited conditions.

The vendor receives the agreed price and the competition winner receives the property free of all charges and costs at the price of an entry ticket (often as little as £5!) If insufficient tickets are sold then the prize fund is offered in a cash draw and the vendor receives an agreed sum to compensate for the property being removed from the market while the raffle takes place.
